The 'Mardon' Suite / Family Room

The ‘Mardon’ Suite is our most flexible suite. It has the option of being used as a double suite, a twin room or a family room utilising the new full size day bed and pull out trundle. Alternatively, if you are a family who want to spread out over both our rooms and enjoy the whole top floor to yourselves, we hope you will be reassured to know that you will be the only guests resident during your stay.
The ‘Mardon’ Suite has magnificent views of Mardon Down, Haytor and over the town of Moretonhampstead and it’s beautiful church of St. Andrew's.
There is a comfortable double bed and modern furniture including double wardrobe with drawers under and bedside cabinets. The room also now has a daybed and trundle to accommodate a four-person family. Or it makes it a luxurious suite for two.
There is an ensuite shower room which has recently been refurbished and features a modern power shower, basin, toilet and illuminated mirror with shaver socket. A wall mounted, heated towel rail is situated in the main bedroom.
As you would expect, there is also a 'welcome tray' with kettle, fresh milk, filtered drinking water, tea, coffee and biscuits.
Towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay.
The suite also features a 32 inch smart HD TV with access to Freesat channels and radio and Docking station / speaker for iPhones or iPads and USB charging port for other devices. This features a radio / alarm clock and Bluetooth or USB connectivity to access your own music.
Free Wifi is available in this suite as well as the guest lounge.

Accompanying Children
Accompanying child (aged 18 or under) using Mardon family room will be charged at the rate of £20 per child per night.
Please note: Pull out trundle bed in Mardon family room is more suitable for smaller children aged 14 and under.
Children under 3 years old will be accommodated free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: This room can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
