MOORCOTE
COUNTRY GUEST HOUSE
~
Moretonhampstead
Dartmoor National Park
Moorcote Country Guest House is an Edwardian residence thought to have been built in 1906. It stands in an elevated position and as such has fantastic views over Moretonhampstead, the surrounding countryside and out to Dartmoor. The house is set within beautiful mature gardens and because it's set well back from the road there is a sense of peace and tranquility.
PRICE INCREASES
We have had to make the very difficult decision to increase prices from 1st October 2022. This is due to the huge increases in energy and food costs. We have tried to absorb these continuing increases for as long as possible but unfortunately are no longer able to do so.
COVID
Due to enhanced cleaning requirements as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now only accepting stays with a minimum of 2 nights or more.
Please note that rooms will not be serviced during your stay to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19. However towels and consumable items in rooms will be replenished as required.
